Rebate request must be submitted and postmarked within 6 months of kitchen purchase. Limit of one mail-in rebate per qualifying purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable and not included in the rebate offer. Rebates will be credited to the credit card used in the sample purchase only and will not be made with a check or cash. Rebates are only available in the US and Canada. All redemptions must be submitted at the same time and the maximum rebate amount cannot exceed $500. This offer is void if there is any reproduction, sale or trade of invoice or cash register receipts involved. Rebate rights cannot be transferred or assigned.
